Each sample must be contained in a sealed Ziploc bag.
For multiple samples, you MUST enclose samples in separate sealed bags to avoid cross contamination.
Label your samples with the corresponding location they came from.
You may bring in your sealed sample/s to any of our three drop off locations or if you mail your sample in, be sure to include all contact information (outside of sample bags):
