General Instructions
- Each sample must be contained in a sealed Ziploc bag.
- For multiple samples, you MUST enclose samples in separate sealed bags to avoid cross contamination.
- Label your samples with the corresponding location they came from.
- You may bring in your sealed sample/s to any of our three drop off locations or if you mail your sample in, be sure to include all contact information (outside of sample bags):
- Name
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- E-Mail Address
- Type of Analysis (Asbestos/Lead (Pb)/Drinking Water/Mold)
